Extracted from the leaves of the tree grown in France.The Cypress botanical family of trees is one of the oldest plant families on the planet, with some specimens over two thousand years old. Used traditionally in incense and medicinal compounds, the use of this pungent and powerful oil spans across the globe. The powerful woodsy aroma of this essential oil conjures images of giant evergreens and woodland walks. As with many of the woody essential oils, this can be used to ground the spirit and strengthen the mind.
