The majority of our orders are shipped within 5.9 hours on weekdays, for orders placed before 4pm. Please note: this is an average time, stock availability can affect despatch times. United Kingdom And Channel Island Delivery Costs At John and Ginger, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly, usually on the same or next working day. Deliveries are carried out by Royal Mail, Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays. If you anticipate not being at home during delivery hours, you may provide an alternative address where someone will be available to receive your parcel. Please Note: Delivery times provided below begin from the date your order has been shipped. Please note: All international orders are shipped upon a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis and therefore may be subject to customs and tax duties. You will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you. John And Ginger Ltd are not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for more information. If you choose to refuse customs charges and your order is returned to John and Ginger Ltd, your refund will only be processed after the parcel has been received by us, in accordance with our terms and conditions. Provided that returned products are unopened and in a resalable condition, we will refund the product cost after deducting any vouchers or discounts applied. Please be aware that your original delivery charge plus a minimum additional fee of £3 will be deducted from your refund to cover postage, packaging, and transaction fees from banks or card providers. If these transaction fees exceed £3, we will deduct the total amount incurred. For further details, please refer to our full Terms and Conditions. Flammable products such as batteries, nail polish, perfumes, aftershaves and aerosols can no longer be shipped outside of the UK. Delivery Times Orders are processed between Monday and Friday 9am - 3pm, excluding Bank and Public Holidays. Orders placed after 3pm, during a weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day. Very occasionally certain items will go temporarily out of stock or may be discontinued at short notice by our suppliers. We will notify you via email if this is the case and will offer you the opportunity to keep your items on backorder, arrange alternative products or offer a full refund. In the event that we cannot send all your items in one shipment we will part ship your order so that you receive the majority of your selected items as quickly as possible. The remainder of your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of the good from our suppliers. Dermalogica Outside EU We cannot ship Dermalogica products outside of the EU. Any Dermalogica order placed to be delivered outside EU will be cancelled and refunded. Returns
At John and Ginger, we hope you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange, or replacement, provided you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item within 28 days of the invoice date. For hygiene reasons, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition, with all packaging, cellophane, and tamper-resistant seals fully intact. We don't accept returns or exchanges on special Offer items, nail polishes, cosmetics, brushes, deodorants, electrical goods, and intimate products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Before you return it, please email us quoting your invoice or order number and reason for return. Please include information on whether you would like a refund, replacement or exchange. Please remember that in order for the return to be processed, you must ensure that your name, address and order ref. number is included with your return package. Please note Returning Dermalogica Products
We will gladly accept returns for any Dermalogica products purchased, except discontinued products, and will issue a refund provided you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and receiving your items within 28 days of the PURCHASE date. All returns must be pre-approved by customer service. Cancellation Right Under the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, beginning the day after receiving your goods. To exercise this right, please notify us promptly by emailing customercare@johnandginger.co.uk and return your items in their original, unopened, and resalable condition. If your order is returned to us either by you or due to refusal of customs charges, refunds will be processed once we receive and check the goods, in line with our Terms and Conditions. Refunds will be issued minus original delivery charges and a minimum administration fee to cover postage, packaging, and transaction costs from banks or card providers.
