Voucher Codes At John And Ginger

John And Ginger voucher codes are available from time to time on this page, also through our newsletters and selected social media posts. New customers can also receive a unique welcome voucher after signing up to our newsletter and confirming their email address. Each voucher has its own terms, including any minimum order value, expiry date and product exclusions, so please check the conditions provided with your code before shopping.

Important: To use any voucher code at John And Ginger, you must have a registered customer account and be signed in before applying the code to your basket or at checkout. Subscribing to our newsletter does not automatically create a customer account.

New customers can receive a unique welcome voucher by signing up to our newsletter. After subscribing, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your email address. Your welcome voucher will be sent once you have completed this confirmation.

Your welcome voucher email will explain the offer, including the required minimum spend, any exclusions and the expiry date. Please check these details before placing your first order.

Other John And Ginger Voucher Codes

We also occasionally share voucher codes through our newsletters and official social media channels. Offers may include discounts on selected products, brands or qualifying orders, with different conditions depending on the promotion.

Some vouchers require a minimum order value, while others may have specific product or brand restrictions. Where a minimum spend applies, it is calculated using the eligible product value after applicable discounts, excluding delivery charges. Additional exclusions may apply depending on the voucher.

Voucher codes may have expiry dates or limited availability, so always check the details supplied with your offer.

How To Use A Voucher Code

Step 1: Sign In To Your Account

You must be signed in to your John And Ginger customer account before applying any voucher code. You can sign in to your account here.

If you are a new customer, you will first need to create a customer account. Remember that newsletter registration and customer account registration are separate.

Step 2: Add Your Products To Your Basket

Choose the products you would like to purchase and check the conditions of your voucher. If your voucher requires a minimum spend, make sure your basket contains enough qualifying products to meet that amount after any applicable discounts and excluding delivery charges.

Some products, brands, sale items or other promotions may be excluded. The conditions provided with your voucher will explain which purchases qualify.

Step 3: Enter Your Voucher Code

While signed in to your account, enter your voucher code in the voucher or discount code section of your basket or checkout. Make sure the discount has been applied correctly before completing your order.

Please note: Only one voucher code can be used per order, including vouchers redeemed through our Bonus Points scheme. Voucher codes cannot be combined unless the specific offer states otherwise.

If your voucher does not work, check that you are signed in, that the code has not expired and that your order meets the offer's conditions. Please contact us before completing your purchase if you need assistance, as voucher codes cannot be applied retrospectively once an order has been placed.
