John And Ginger voucher codes are available from time to time through our email newsletters and selected social media posts. New customers can also receive a unique welcome voucher after signing up to our newsletter and confirming their email address.

Please note: signing up to our newsletter does not automatically create a John And Ginger customer account. To use any voucher code on our website, you must have a customer account and be signed in before applying the voucher to your basket or at checkout.

How To Get A New Customer Voucher

New customers can receive a unique voucher code by signing up to our newsletter. After signing up, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your email address. Your unique new customer voucher will only be sent after you have completed this confirmation.

To use the new customer voucher, your qualifying product spend must be £45 or more after discounts have been applied. Delivery charges do not count towards the £45 minimum spend.

Your voucher email may contain additional conditions, exclusions or an expiry date. Please check these details before placing your order.

How To Use A Voucher Code

Step 1: Sign in to your John And Ginger account

Before using a voucher, you must be signed in to your customer account. Sign in to your account here.

If you do not yet have a customer account, you can register here. Creating a customer account is separate from subscribing to our newsletter.

Step 2: Add your products to your basket

Add the products you would like to purchase and check that your order meets the conditions shown with your voucher. For our new customer newsletter voucher, the qualifying product spend must be at least £45 after discounts and excluding delivery charges.

Step 3: Enter your voucher code

While signed in to your account, enter your voucher code in the voucher or discount code section of your basket or checkout before submitting your order.

If the voucher does not apply, please check that you are signed in, that the voucher has not expired and that your order meets any minimum spend, product, brand or other conditions stated with the offer.

Voucher Codes Found On Other Websites

Some third-party voucher and discount websites may display old, expired or incorrect John And Ginger voucher codes. These websites are independent from John And Ginger and we cannot guarantee that codes published by third parties are valid.
