From the age of 11 Alex knew she wanted to be a Beauty Therapist. Since qualifying she has spent the last 14 years working with Dermalogica skin care products within her own salon. She has embarked upon a lifetime of advanced training for specialised skin problems, making her an expert in this field.

John Fernando Echeverri (John)

A fitness instructor originally from Colombia with more than 15 years experience in the health and fitness industry. Having worked in many countries around the world John now lives in the UK. His talent for dance and innovative aerobics routines has put him in great demand within gyms and conventions around South America, Europe and UK. John is part of the Multitrax UK Fitness Presenters Team. John now devotes his time between teaching and running the technical side of the business at John and Ginger.
